COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

This competition is brought to you by Mood Collections Limited, 72 Fielding Road, London, W4 1DB.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

Closing date for entry will be midnight 22nd March 2019. After this date, no further entries will qualify for the prize draw.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

To participate in this Competition, must meet the following requirements (: reside in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland); and be at least 18 years of age or older; and have access to the internet.

HOW TO ENTER

Every person who meets the Eligibility Criteria (“Entrant”) shall be entitled during the Competition period, to do the following to enter (entries will not be deemed complete unless this information is provided): submit, during the Competition period, entry via Facebook. Instagram and Twitter correctly Like, Share, Tag and Comment on the competition posts. Complete all required forms of entry. (like, share and tag a friend on posts)

The Competition must be entered in each Entrant’s name; it may not be entered on behalf of anyone else. No bulk, software-generated, automatic, or third-party entries shall be accepted. If a false account is used, that Entry will be disqualified. Only Entries that have been completed correctly and in full will be entered into the Competition. Mood Collections does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.

WINNER SELECTION

The Winner (as defined below) will be chosen using a randomised selection from all of the valid entries received before the closing date.

THE PRIZE

The prize will be 1x RSPB Cushion up to the value of £35.00.  The winner will be able to choose either poppies, swallows or butterflies fabric.

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.There are no prize or cash alternatives. . The named Winners can only redeem the prize.

CONTACTING THE WINNER

Mood Collections will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner of the prize by messaging or responding to an entrant’s post on or after 22nd March 2019. If  it is not possible to contact a winner; Mood Collections reserves the right to offer that winner’s prize to the next valid entrant selected using randomised automatic selection. Any re-selection will be undertaken if the winning entrant does not respond within 48 hours from the original date and time of the first attempt to contact. The prize will be posted to the winners’ postal addresses provided following successful notification of the prize. Mood Collections is not responsible for failure to deliver a prize should a postal address be provided incorrectly.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Mood Collections reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the competition at any time. Mood Collections decision in all matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred. There will be no cash or other alternative offered.

Mood Collections may request a picture of your items and feedback once the products are situated in your home. They reserve the right to use photos and/or feedback provided in any PR and marketing activities and to publish on their website and social media platforms to promote the brand.
