DO YOU HAVE A BROCHURE?
We do not have a brochure of all our products, but we do have a Look Book showcasing our range of bedroom and dining room furniture sets. You can view our look book online or call us 0203 826 6212, and we can pop a printed look book in the post.
DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE ON YOUR UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE?
A five-year guarantee is included on upholstered furniture and handcrafted mirrors at Mood Collections.
ARE YOU ABLE TO SEND FABRIC SAMPLES?
Yes, we offer a free fabric sample service.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE THAT MY BED WILL BE AN EXACT COLOUR MATCH TO MY SWATCH?
Unfortunately, no, as the swatch that you receive might come from a different batch that is used to make your bed. However, the variations are very slight indeed. We can guarantee that if you order, a bed and an ottoman at the same time, they will both be made from the same batch so that the colour will match.
I HAVE AN IKEA MATTRESS IS THIS THE SAME SIZE AS YOUR BED FRAMES?
Ikea beds and mattresses are continental sizes which means they are 10cm wider than UK bed sizes. Click here for more information.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
Our site is primarily intended for residents of the UK. We will accept orders from other European Union (“EU”) member states; please contact us directly for more information
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
We offer FREE delivery on all our product to all UK mainland addresses (excluding the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland). Delivery outside of these areas can be arranged with prior agreement.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY OF UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE?
We aim to deliver within six weeks of your order being placed. Once your item(s) are ready, our delivery partner will send you a text message inviting you to book your delivery online from a selection of available delivery slots.
IS YOUR UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE FLAT PACKED?
Most of our handmade furniture is delivered assembled; however, our upholstered beds and dining tables will come in multiple packages that require assembly
DO YOU OFFER ASSEMBLY?
We do offer an assembly service. Our free delivery includes delivery to a room of choice with unpacking and removal of all packaging materials with a basic assembly including beds (maximum 20-minute assembly time is allocated for your delivery). This does not include hanging of mirrors.
WHAT HAPPENS IF ON DELIVERY MY BED WON’T FIT UP THE STAIRS?
It is vital that you check whether the products will fit into your property before ordering - please use our product spec and dimensions on the relevant product page or contact us for more information. If the goods do not fit, you will be liable for getting the products back to us
WILL MY UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE BE DELIVERED TO A ROOM OF MY CHOICE?
Our free delivery includes delivery to a room of choice. Our delivery partners will arrange delivery of your goods with you and do their best to accommodate specific requirements; special requirements will be completed at an additional charge, paid directly by you, to our delivery partner.
WILL YOU TAKE AWAY THE PACKAGING?
Our specialist delivery partners remove all packaging.
WILL YOU TAKE AWAY MY OLD BED AND MATTRESS?
Yes, we can arrange to collect, remove and recycle old furniture for an additional charge, to arrange this please contact us 0203 826 6212 so or request a call back that we can advise of the current removal fee.
DO YOU PRICE MATCH?
Our upholstered furniture is exclusive to us and comes directly from our workshops to your door, which means you pay trade prices. Buy direct from us, and we’ll pass the savings onto you.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can either place your order online or by phone.
DO YOU OFFER A % FINANCE OR PAYMENT PLAN SERVICE?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a finance service. We would be happy to discuss the option if needed

Our secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption uses 128-bit encryption, the highest level possible. To check this is working, look out for the padlock sign in your browser. The latest firewall/proxy technology protects our sales order processing system and internal network.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We use Stripe as our secure payment gateway and accept all major credit/debit cards.
